Our stay was filled with beautiful views and enjoyable experiences, but we found the butler service underwhelming for the price we paid. Our experience at the Sandals Regency La Toc was a mixed bag. The stunning room views and friendly butlers made our stay special, but unfortunately, we faced numerous mishaps that detracted from the overall enjoyment of our weddingmoon. Service issues and food quality, especially during our special meals, left much to be desired. While certain aspects of our stay were great, the numerous service-related problems and disappointing dining experiences overshadowed the positives.
